One replacement/backup license key may be obtained for any of the following reasons: reformatted or replaced hard drive, PC upgrade/replacement or for maintaining a backup PC. Replacement license keys may NOT be used to activate additional PCs for purposes other than backup. A maximum of two (2) additional replacement keys may be permitted at the discretion of SMI. SMI reserves the right to refuse issuing of replacement keys if any abuse is suspected. Purchaser must provide proof of being a current license holder by presenting original license serial number and activation key.
