The really cool thing about this buggy is that I built when I was 17 years old, 30 years ago. I came across a wrecked Manx body in a farmer's field with weeds growing up through it. I kept the body and the floor pan, and I scrapped the rest.

It has a fully triangulated roll cage that is continuous from the front beam to the rear cage. The body has been notched to slide over the cage. This makes for a super stiff car that handles great. The engine is a dual port 1835 cc that uses a single dual barrel Zenith carb. The suspension is handled by Bilstein shocks on all 4 corners. The only major change I made in 30 years was the addition of a back seat when the kid came along.
