Well this is my Manx Clone Buggy. My wife has wanted one for years so we went out and finally found one that would fit our needs. It is a 69 pan with IRS Rear and Ball Joint Front end. I run with a 1835 engine which is completely chrome. It has two front bucket seats and a rear bench which our three kids can fit in.
The buggy was just completely rewired and had a new dash placed in it. The dash I run with VDO Volt, Engine Temp, Oil Pressure and Tach gauges. I run a standard VW Speedo. My Switches are a 12 Volt plug for cell or Tire Pump. I have a Head light switch, Ground Affects, KC's, Windshield Wipers. I also moved the KC lights off the top of the roll bar to the front bumper. I also placed new chrome wheels on it with 31 - 10 - 15 rear tires and the fronts are 205 - 5 - 15 . I also placed a new fuel tank in and new shocks in the front. The rear is a Air ride shock which work well.
The roll cage is Mounted inside the buggy to the pan. In the future we plan to paint it. My feeling about buggies is the they should be as clean as possible. Nothing should stick out like a sore thumb. For more pics goto my web site http://members.cox.net/rawjuno46/Wheelsfiresitepg6.htm
