HORSEBACK & ATV
Q. Can my child, who does not meet the age requirements, ride with me on
either a
Horseback or ATV tour?
A. Unfortunately, this is not allowable due to safety concerns.
Each rider must
meet all of the riding restrictions.
Q. Is packing/doubling allowed on Horseback or ATVs?
A. Packing/doubling are not allowed on these tours.
Our equipment accommodates one person per Horse/ATV.
Q. Can the 2 hour tours (Horseback and ATV) be a choice in the packaged tours?
A. 2 Hour Horseback and ATV tours are not a choice in Full day & Half day
packages.
These tours are booked individually.
Q. Is there any free riding without guides?
A. All of our activities are fully guided tours.

TRANSPORTATION
Q. How do I book a tour that includes transportation?
A. Transportation is available when you purchase one of our full day or half day
packages.
Q. What are the locations for transportation pick up?
A. We have designated locations at hotels through out Waikiki. Please call our
Reservations Office 808-237-7321 to schedule your transportation arrangements.

Q. Do I need to make reservations for any of the tours?
A. Yes, reservations are preferred; however you may call to inquire.
Q. How far in advance should we make reservations?
A. At least 2 to 3 days in advance is recommended. However, we do accept
same
day reservations and walk-ins, based on availability.
Q. Once a package is reserved online, when are activities chosen?
A. There will be a brief orientation upon arriving at the ranch, after which
there will be activity sign up. Liability release forms will need to be signed for
each tour.
OCEAN VOYAGING
Q. How long is the Ocean Voyaging Tour?
A. The Ocean Voyaging tour is approximately 1 hour, including a brief
check-in
and transporting.
Q. Is there any snorkeling involved on the Ocean Voyaging Tour?
A. Ocean Voyaging is a catamaran tour in Kaneohe Bay. Time doesn’t allow for
additional activities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. We require at least 24 hours notice before the tour, or scheduled pick up
time,
to avoid a full charge penalty.
Q. If it rains will the tours still go out?
A. Tours go out rain or shine. Kualoa Ranch reserves the right to cancel a ride
or reservation if conditions are deemed unsafe.
OTHER
Q. Is there a place to keep belongings while out on a tour?
A. Yes, we rent lockers with a $5 deposit for all day use.
Q. Is there any type of babysitting service offered?
A. Not at the moment. We do offer tours that are good for the whole family.
Q. Do you offer Vegetarian Lunches with the package buffet?
A. We can accommodate vegetarian requests with at least 24 hours notice.
